Informed Consent & Client Agreement

The terms of the supervisory relationship at Fields of Hope Counselling — covering the supervision approach, expectations, confidentiality, fees, cancellation, and the RISE UP model. Completed at intake by all new supervisees.

The following policies govern internal clinical and administrative operations at Fields of Hope Counselling. They are not published publicly but are available to clients and supervisees on request.
AI Use Policy
Governs the use of artificial intelligence tools in the Practice — including approved platforms, data handling, the reciprocity principle for session recording, and client rights in relation to AI processing.
Record Keeping Policy
Sets out how clinical records — including AI-generated documents — are created, stored, accessed, retained, and securely destroyed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and professional standards.
Professional Supervision Policy
The framework governing clinical supervision services at Fields of Hope Counselling — for supervisees wishing to understand the governance structure behind their supervisory relationship.
