Referring From Your Setting

GPs & Medical Practitioners

Counselling with an ACA or PACFA counsellor sits outside Medicare, so no Mental Health Treatment Plan or formal referral letter is needed.

I can be a timely option for patients facing long psychologist waitlists, or for those who prefer a counselling approach. A short referral note helps me prepare for the first session.

Counsellors, Psychologists & Allied Health

For colleagues whose books are full, or whose client needs something outside their scope: faith-integrated counselling, culturally attuned support for Asian Australian and CALD clients, or Monday and Tuesday telehealth sessions.

I can also help clients who have used their Medicare-rebated sessions for the year, and allied health clients (physiotherapy, OT, exercise physiology) whose recovery is bringing up stress, grief or anxiety. With the client's consent, I'm happy to coordinate care and keep you in the loop.

Referrals go both ways: when a client needs psychological assessment or diagnosis, I refer on to trusted colleagues.

Churches & Community

Pastors, ministry staff and community leaders are often the first to know when someone is struggling. Faith is welcomed here, never imposed.

You're welcome to share this page or the free 15-minute call link directly. With the person's consent, I'm glad to talk with you about a referral. Otherwise, what's shared in counselling stays confidential.

SIRA & CTP Case Managers

For insurers, rehabilitation providers and case managers referring workers compensation or CTP claimants in NSW.

Telehealth removes travel as a barrier for claimants managing pain or limited mobility. Reports and treatment updates are provided under SIRA guidelines, with client consent.
