Online Counselling for Trauma, Anxiety & More | Fields of Hope

Is This For You?

You might be carrying trauma that hasn't had anywhere to go. Anxiety or depression that's affecting how you show up each day. A relationship — romantic, family, or otherwise — that's hurting more than helping. Grief that isn't following any timeline. A sense that your faith and your struggle don't fit together the way you were taught they should. Or the particular weight of growing up between cultures, never quite belonging fully to either.

How I Work

Work is integrative and tailored to you. Drawing on Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, ACT, Narrative, and Solution-Focused approaches — grounded throughout in a trauma-informed lens: understanding not just what's wrong, but what happened, and what's needed now. Support is culturally attuned to the specific experience of CALD and cross-cultural identity, with faith-integrated support available on request.

Areas of Focus

Trauma & Complex Trauma

We work at your pace, gently and without pressure, to make sense of what you've been carrying and find a way forward that feels safe.

Anxiety & Overwhelm

Together we explore what's underneath the overthinking and the what-ifs, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded.

Depression & Low Mood

You don't have to explain why you feel this way. We start where you are.

Relationship & Family

A safe space to untangle relational pain — conflict, disconnection, communication breakdowns, or family dynamics you didn't choose.

Life Transitions & Identity

Starting over, losing a role that defined you, navigating a new season or version of yourself — these deserve proper support.

Grief & Loss

Loss takes many forms — a person, a relationship, a version of your life you thought you'd have. Grief simply needs space.

Faith & Spirituality

A space where spirituality is welcomed, not set aside — questions of faith, doubt, and meaning explored with care and without judgement.

Cultural Identity & the Asian Experience

The particular complexity of growing up between cultures, often invisible in mainstream mental health spaces.
