Group supervision offers a dynamic environment for counsellors to connect, network, and build professional relationships. Unlike individual supervision, it provides the unique advantage of learning from the diverse experiences and perspectives within the group. This collaborative setting fosters richer discussions, peer support, and a broader understanding of counselling practices, enhancing both personal and professional development.

Max: 6 supervisees for 2 hours of supervision (Via Zoom)

As of 2026, for any new supervisee would like to just have group supervision; you are now required to undergo at least one individual supervision with the Founder (Delaney) before being allowed to take part in group supervision.
This is so that Delaney can:
1) to get to know the new supervisee in their counselling space and also;
2) to protect the safety of all supervisees in the group supervision space.

As a clinical supervisor, I am accredited to supervise both PACFA and ACA Members. Utilising the RISE UP model of Supervision, I provide online Supervision with the aim of work collaboratively with students and  new graduates who are starting their professional journey as well as registered counsellors, to cover the topics of self-care, case load, self-awareness, business development and professional identity to cultivate best practices to support their clients.
